Barioo is an all-in-one POS and ERP solution designed to simplify sales, manage inventory, and automate business operations for retailers, pharmacies, and wholesalers. We’re looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to expand our client base, promote our software, and help businesses go digital with Barioo.
Identify and approach potential clients (pharmacies, retail stores, distributors, etc.).
Conduct product demos and explain system features to prospective customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness.
Coordinate with the technical and support teams for client onboarding.
Maintain relationships with existing clients for renewals and referrals.
Collect client feedback and market insights for product improvement.
Participate in exhibitions, events, and client meetings.

1 years of experience in sales or marketing (preferably software, IT, or POS industry).
Excellent communication and presentation skills (English & Urdu).
Confident, persuasive, and result-driven attitude.
Basic understanding of POS / ERP / business software is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
